WHAT TO EXPECT

The first thing we need to do is set up an initial evaluation allowing us to develop an individualized treatment plan to address all the concerns you may have. We will need a prescription from the doctor for a speech/language evaluation and treatment and/or occupational therapy evaluation and treatment. We will also need initial paperwork which can be e-mailed or mailed to you. Once we have received the prescription and paperwork we will call you to set up an initial evaluation. Once, the initial evaluation is completed we will work with you to develop a treatment plan and begin treatment which is typically 30 minutes twice a week.

Currently we accept: United Health Care, Aetna, Humana, Medicaid, Staywell, Gardiner Scholarship CMS Wellcare, SimplyHealth, Sunshine, Coventry, SIS VPK, and most Florida Healthy Kids plans.

For our private pay patients, we offer free consultations. If an evaluation is needed, we will give you a “super bill” monthly which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
