I have been working in the speech-language field since 2003. I received my undergraduate degree from Marymount Manhattan College in 2002, in 2004 I completed my bilingual extension at Columbia University and my masters from Touro College in 2010.

I started working with special needs students over 20 years ago as a pre-school teacher with students who have special needs after I received my degree I provided services in various areas.

I have collaborated with parents in the home to carry-over strategies to assist in their child’s development. In the school setting, I worked in partnership with other therapist, teachers, and administrators to ensure each child received services necessary for their success.

I quickly realized the root to most students frustration was the inability to communicate. I have found great gratification in helping children excel in their speech-language development and providing tools to help families support their children in their growth.
